. Durability depends on how well you take care of the pieces. You must avoid contact with water, perfume and excessive sweat, and do not drop, pull or handle them too hard. The material of each accessory is specified in its description.
. The semi-jewelry line (in the description as "semi-jewelry plating") has superior quality with three layers and a finish with anti-allergic enamel. The plated line is plated with gold in five layers and does not contain nickel in its composition.
payments
We accept payments by credit card (up to 2x via MundiPagg) and debit card, PayPal, bank slip, deposits or transfers between bank accounts or (DOC or TED).
The deadline for any type of payment for the order is 3 days. If the order is not paid within this period, it will be canceled and the selected items will be returned to the online store.
Please note that orders are shipped after payment is received.

credit card via MundiPagg or Paypal: confirmed immediately.
boleto via MundiPagg: up to 3 days.
TED or DOC from other banks: up to 3 business days.
Paid and canceled orders have their payment refunded according to the term and policy of the contracted service (munidpagg, paypal and transfer/deposits).
deliveries
Our deliveries are made according to the Post Office's forecast, in addition to 2 business days for packaging/posting the package after payment confirmation. The shipping cost is also transferred directly by the Post Office's automatic calculation. The shipment is made with the packaging in a sealed box so that our products reach our customers in perfect condition, with insurance and attached invoice.
Is your delivery late? Make sure to check the delivery time BEFORE contacting us, remembering that Saturdays, Sundays and holidays do not count as business days!
How to calculate your deadline: order posted on the 1st (Friday), with a 3-day deadline by the post office, you add 1 day for posting, so there are 4 business days. You have until the 7th (Thursday) to receive it.
Do you have an urgent or special order ? Contact us via email and we will do our best to meet your needs, remembering that we recommend choosing the SEDEX service, which is always faster and more efficient. Urgent deliveries to São Paulo capital, contact us before placing your order, we offer motorcycle courier service.
For purchases made after 12pm, we add 1 more business day for posting.

DELIVERY DELAYS
Unfortunately, we depend on the Post Office to deliver our orders, and they may be delayed ):
When we open the complaint protocol for the delay, they have 5 business days to get a response, but we have to wait for this response to be able to take any action. In case of theft/loss of orders confirmed by the Post Office, we make the refund.
RETURN TO SENDER
All orders that are returned to us due to an incorrect, non-existent or unavailable address may be reshipped when received by us, with the customer being responsible for paying a new shipping fee. You can check the address on the order page by accessing your login.
