Material
All of our accessories are costume jewelry manufactured and plated in São Paulo. The costume jewelry plating we use is flash, made with gold powder. The semi-jewelry line (with the description "semi-jewelry plating") is made of brass alloy and plated with 18k gold or rhodium of 3 to 10 thousandths, with zero nickel in its composition.

Durability depends on how well you take care of the pieces. You should avoid contact with water, perfume and sweat, and avoid dropping, pulling or handling them too hard. The material of each accessory is specified in its description.

Sustainability
For a better world, we believe that small actions have a big impact. That's why, from production to #zeroplastic packaging, GEMMA takes care of every detail to reduce waste production. All materials used are recycled, bath water is treated, and waste is separated and reused.

Payments
We accept payments with:
• Credit or debit card
• Deposits, transfers between bank accounts (DOC or TED) or PIX.

The deadline for payment of the order is 1 business day. If it is not paid within this period, it will be canceled and the chosen items will be returned to the online store.
Please note that orders are shipped after payment is received.

• Credit card: confirms immediately.
• PIX, TED or DOC from other banks: up to 1 business day.

Paid and canceled orders have their payment refunded according to the term and policy of the contracted service (payment or transfer/deposits).

Deliveries
Our deliveries are made by Correios, via PAC or SEDEX and the deadline is counted from the date of shipment. All orders are sent in a sealed box, with an attached invoice and paid insurance so that they arrive safely to you.

The shipping period is up to 2 business days (except holidays) after payment approval. Orders placed from Thursday onwards will be posted the following Monday.

Orders for pick-up have a 24-hour deadline to be ready. Once completed, we will notify you to arrange a date and time, as well as an address. We are located in Moema, São Paulo capital, near Ibirapuera Shopping Mall and Moema subway station.

Delivery to São Paulo Capital: deliveries only to addresses that can receive the box during business hours. If it is not possible to complete the delivery, the customer is responsible for paying for a new shipment. Confirm delivery times before purchasing, orders placed on Fridays or holidays will be shipped on the next business day.

Delayed deliveries
Unfortunately, we rely on third party service to deliver our orders, and they may be delayed ):
In the case of the Post Office, we open a complaint protocol regarding the delay and they give us 5 business days to give us a response. We have to wait for it to be able to take any action. In the event of theft/loss of orders confirmed by the Post Office, we will issue a full refund or resend the order subject to stock availability.
Return to Sender
All orders that are returned to us due to an incorrect, non-existent or unavailable address may be reshipped when received by us, with the customer being responsible for paying a new shipping fee. You can check the address on the order page by accessing your login.
